Vapotherm in Tijuana is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to deliver and improve technology services at our Tijuana production facility and for remote regional staff. This is a 100% onsite role.

As the primary on-site IT representative, you will partner with site leadership, vendors, and global IT teams to ensure reliable, secure technology operations across end-user devices, manufacturing systems, and enterprise apps.

English proficiency at least B2 is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT field.
• 5+ years in IT support or manufacturing tech environments.
• English at least B2 level.
• Onsite work at Tijuana facility.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, ERP, and manufacturing IT.
• Experience with regulated environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and vendor management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary IT contact for Vapotherm’s Tijuana facility, coordinating with site leadership, vendors, and global IT teams.
• Provide on-site and remote end-user support for devices, apps, and manufacturing systems.
• Deploy and troubleshoot production-floor technology and related peripherals.
• Support M365, Entra ID, Intune, software deployments, patching, and security tooling.
• Lead local IT projects, vendor relationships, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and documentation requirements.
• Support cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations.
