Efficio Limited in Mexico City seeks an experienced IT professional to support, improve and maintain the IT systems and processes that enable Efficio staff to operate efficiently in the region.

You'll liaise with suppliers, manage core infrastructure, handle networking issues, and deploy IT assets, while ensuring security and adherence to ISO standards; a hands-on, service-delivery mindset is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on IT experience.
• Experience in a service-delivery environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

We are recruiting for our new Mexico City Office where you'll be joining a new team. Consultants based in Mexico City will support clients in North America with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

The focus of the role is tosupport, improve and maintain theITsystems and processes that arekeyto the effective operation of Efficio staff in the region and if required, acrossother regions and sites. Following the structure, policies and process set out by the IT Director and management team.

To ensure the availability and security of all systems supporting the wider organisation as required to support Efficio in line with the IT and business strategy and objectives.

What will you be doing?

Liaising with suppliers to support our technical supply chain in the region

Ownership of key infrastructure ( i.e. Airtime agreements, cloud services, core network)

Respond to and diagnose networking issues with either the office network or employee machines

Respond to and diagnose major incidents and any escalated issues

Lead internal technical projects through its complete lifecycle (inception to delivery)

Ensure and help maintain security of data and network access

To help deploy and maintain Efficio assets across the network

Provide local and remote ITsupport to user base – as required, where appropriate

Maintain/adhere to policies, standards, and procedures – where appropriate suggest/advise changes/amendments

MaintainAsset Register/Catalogue – ensuring informationiscurrent

Work in line with agreed standards and processes relevant to the role

Develop and improve processes relevant to the role

Ensure work is carried out in line with agreed SLA’s

To work in accordance with agreed delivery standards and documentation including ISO 27001

Train users in line with introduction of new solutionsandtechnologies

On-board new joiners and off-board leavers

MS Office 365 suite administration

Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune

SharePoint Subscription Edition (preferable)

Engaging,exceptional comms – verbal and written

Strong problem-solving skills – creative,out of the box thinking

Proven troubleshootingexperience–hardware/software issues

IT orBusiness-relateddegree or equivalent

At least5years’ relevant experience within a hands-on technical role

Ideally worked within a service delivery environment

Confident hands-on approach to IT Servicesgood communication skills both written and oral

High level of commitment with a flexible, ‘can do, will do’ approach
