Ciruli Brothers, LLC is seeking an IT and IS Operations Manager to oversee information technology and systems across multiple locations in Mexico. The role combines leadership, planning, and hands-on execution to keep critical infrastructure stable and secure.

You will drive modernization and scalable solutions, coordinate migrations, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and develop the IT team while traveling as needed to support field operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
• Practical knowledge of databases and information systems.
• Willingness to travel; bilingual English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and visa for travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT operations in Mexico, ensuring availability and reliability of critical infrastructure and systems.
• Lead the immediate assessment and stabilization of the technology infrastructure.
• Coordinate operations, deployments, and migrations across multiple sites with internal teams and external providers.
• Manage IT budgets, technology assets, and vendor relationships.
• Develop the IT team and ensure operational coverage aligned with business needs.
