Nu Mexico is seeking a Senior IT Engineer in Mexico City to own device management and inventory operations. You will develop features, build automations, and act as the DevOps backbone for MDM and inventory platforms, with on-site presence as needed.

You will lead platform engineering, collaborate across global teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while scaling solutions across regions. Fluency in English and native Spanish are required, with hybrid work 2–3 days per week in Mexico City.

Formación

• Education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, and Linux in production.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar, and scripting

Responsabilidades

• Own MX Endpoint Engineering platforms: development, maintenance, and improvements.
• Design features and data flows connecting MDM, inventory, Jira, and internal apps.
• Create automations to reduce tickets and automate onboarding/replacements.
• Own DevOps for MX: IaC, CI/CD, observability, and incident response.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems within the MX scope.
