AEO in Mexico City is seeking a strategic Infrastructure and Support Manager to lead IT operations. Responsibilities include managing enterprise infrastructure, overseeing IT service delivery, and ensuring system security and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience in IT, and strong leadership abilities in a technical team. This role requires excellent vendor management skills and fluency in English.

Formación

• 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and operations, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven experience managing procurement and vendor selection.
• C1 - Level in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct infrastructure management, ensuring system scalability and security.
• Oversee IT support operations and governance of support functions.
• Formulate and maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies.
