North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a proactive Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to oversee and strengthen HR processes, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and foster a high-performance, engaging work environment in Irapuato.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, a solid understanding of Mexican Federal Labor Law and NOM-035, advanced English, and experience with HR metrics and talent development to support management and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of NOM-035 and the Chair Law.
