The ideal candidate has extensive experience in HR management, strong labor relations skills, and the ability to drive performance through robust HR processes and metrics.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least 5 years in an HR Manager position within a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Administration.
• Manage labor relations and liaise with the labor union.
• Develop and execute intern and corporate initiatives for performance management and leadership development.
• Ensure full compliance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Coordinate payroll processes and salary administration.
• Maintain and update HR policies, job descriptions, and internal procedures.
• Lead HR compliance during audits and customer-specific requirements.
• Support EHS initiatives and promote compliance with Environmental Management System requirements.
• Prepare and present HR metrics and monthly management reports to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead all Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Administration.
• Manage labor relations and serve as the primary liaison with the labor union
• Develop and execute intern and corporate initiatives to performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure full compliance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law and all applicable employment regulations.
• Coordinate payroll processes and salary administration.
• Maintain and update HR policies, job descriptions, and internal procedures.
• Lead HR compliance during customer, corporate, and regulatory audits and customer-specific requirements.
• Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and promote compliance with Environmental Management System requirements.
• Prepare and present HR metrics and monthly management reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least 5 years in a Human Resources Manager position within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law.
• Experience working with labor unions and collective bargaining processes.

Language Requirements

• Advanced English (required) – capable of communicating effectively with international management.
