AkzoNobel in Apodaca, MX seeks an Human Resources Advisor to lead recruitment across Mexico and drive HR processes at the manufacturing site. You will advise leaders on talent, performance and employee topics while supporting labor relations and HR systems usage.

This role involves close collaboration with local, regional and global HR teams to continuously improve processes and the employee experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience valued.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or TRESS is a plus.
• Exposure to labor relations, unions, IATF 16949 or ISO audits is desirable.

We’re looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team at our Apodaca manufacturing site.

This is a dynamic role with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition across Mexico, combined with hands-on exposure to broader HR processes, including employee and labor relations, talent management, HR systems, compliance and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Mexico, partnering closely with Hiring Managers.
• Source, interview and assess talent, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.

What we’re looking for
