is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to act as a strategic partner to management. You will oversee end-to-end HR operations—from talent acquisition and onboarding to labor relations, compensation, employee engagement, and compliance. You will maintain HRIS records, administer benefits, support payroll, and help shape compensation strategies while ensuring adherence to Mexican regulations.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional HR experience in a generalist role within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (specifically Tress System).
  • Professional English proficiency (conversational and written).
  • In-depth knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and immigration documentation procedures.

Responsabilidades

  • Maintain and audit the HRIS database (Tress System) and physical/digital employee file systems
  • Analyze, update, and maintain standardized job descriptions across departments
  • Implement and enforce labor relations policies, internal work regulations (RIT), performance management policies, and disciplinary protocols
  • Manage employee contract terminations, resignations, and exit interviews while ensuring legal compliance
  • Oversee statutory employee administration and legal obligations before Mexican authorities (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, AFORE, and Migration for non-Mexican employees)
  • Handle employee grievances neutrally and maintain interdepartmental harmony
  • Manage employee benefits programs (statutory and supplemental), ensuring strict adherence to company budgets and local/federal labor laws
  • Participate in regional wage/salary surveys to gather market benchmark data and support compensation strategy updates
  • Support the payroll process by verifying data entries (hires, terminations, salary modifications, vacations, sick leaves, and disability forms)
  • Partner with management to design internal communication strategies (newsletters, bulletin boards, email announcements, and town halls)
  • Plan and execute motivational programs, team-building initiatives, social/cultural events, and community outreach activities
  • Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, exit trends) to provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Collaborate in designing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) committees and programs to ensure legal regulatory compliance
