The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, planning and performance management, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with global standards. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 15+ years of management experience in banking.
• Direct experience in lending process management and workflow lending/credit systems.
• Cross-border project or business management experience.
• Strong prioritization and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred and managerial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and management of consumer function; develops strategies and detailed business plans.
• Works with stakeholders to create reliable processes to improve end-to-end turnaround times and client satisfaction.
• Aligns capabilities, capture synergies and resolve conflicts in setting standards.
• Oversees global standard Common Operating Model for lending processes.
• Gathers and shares best practices from internal/external sources for lending workflow systems.
