Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of dealership service employees across an assigned region.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll submissions, and labor hour approvals.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, retrain, and administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Develop daily installer schedules to maximize productivity and coverage.
• Coordinate onboarding at dealership locations and support system access.
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders to ensure material availability.
• Review billing reports and ensure accuracy prior to invoicing.
• Build long-term relationships with dealership partners through communication and service excellence.
