EdgeUno is a US based technology infrastructure company expanding its Latin American data center operations, including Mexico. We are seeking a Data Center Engineer to maintain and harden our colocated facilities and support 24x7 uptime.

The role covers rack installation, cable management, asset tracking, incident response, and collaboration with regional teams to plan deployments while ensuring security and reliability across Querétaro and Guadalajara sites.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in data center operations.
• Experience with incident response and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of data center power, cooling, cabling, and security.
• Able to work in a 24x7 environment and travel occasionally.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Install, rack, cable, and maintain IT equipment in data centers.
• Coordinate deployments, asset tracking, and capacity planning with teams.
• Support incident response and maintenance windows as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on servers and network devices.
• Maintain documentation for racks, cabling, assets, and deployments.
