Park Place Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide onsite system diagnostic and analytical support across a designated territory in Mexico. You will respond to hardware and storage network issues, analyze logs, and perform remote and onsite repairs per SLA.

The role requires extensive field service experience, CompTIA A+ and Server+ certifications, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Lifting requirements and on-call duties are part of daily expectations.

Formación

Minimum seven (5) years specific experience working with OEM data center hardware.
CompTIA A+ and Server+ required.
Must be able to travel to client sites up to 75% of the time within a predetermined territory.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and an appropriate driving record.
Must be able to be on-call and respond within service level agreements.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and work independently.

Responsabilidades

Provides onsite technical customer support and ensures timely, professional responses to needs.
Must be scheduled for shifts at any time of day.
Performs remote problem analysis and documents needed parts to minimize downtime.
Repairs hardware, storage area networks, and system configurations.
Maintains effective on-site communication with customers and support center.
Analyzes software and hardware error logs to enable timely repair.
Uses remote tools for diagnosis, repair or configuration changes.
Follows customer-specific repair procedures and assesses future needs.
