International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking a Subregional General Manager for Mexico & North CA to lead a high-impact commercial organization. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to drive growth across the region.

The position requires 10+ years in flavors/related industries, 5+ years of people leadership, and strong financial acumen to manage P&L and pricing strategies. Hybrid work is available in Tlalnepantla and other listed locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience within flavors, ingredients, consumer goods, or related industries.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, coaching and performance management.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L, pricing, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior executives and influencing stakeholders.

• Lead the regional commercial organization across Mexico & North CA to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
• Own regional P&L and deliver against revenue, margin, and expense targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams with R&D, Operations, Marketing to deliver customer solutions.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers and partners.
