Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is seeking a seasoned Commercial leader to head the regional organization in Mexico. Based in Tlalnepantla (Hybrid), you will drive sustainable growth, lead a high-performing team, and shape market impact across the food and beverage portfolio.

You will partner with R&D, Operations, Marketing and other functions to deliver integrated customer solutions, manage P&L, pricing, forecasting, and long-term supply

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in food/beverage flavors/ingredients or related industries.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management, pricing, forecasting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive growth in complex markets.
• Experience building executive-level relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional commercial organization across the region/sub-region with sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers.
• Lead complex negotiations, including pricing strategies and long-term supply agreements.
• Own regional P&L, delivering revenue, margin, and cost targets.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and other functions for integrated solutions.
• Drive operational excellence through portfolio optimization and disciplined execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams for customer innovation programs and growth initiatives.
• Develop a high-performing commercial organization through coaching and inclusion.
