Job summary

IFF is seeking a seasoned Commercial leader to guide the regional organization across the Mexico market, shaping strategies that drive sustainable growth and strong customer partnerships. The role emphasizes P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, and Marketing to win in competitive markets.

Based in hybrid Mexico (Tlalnepantla area), you will lead negotiations, develop executive relationships with key customers, and drive transformation programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience within food, beverage, flavors, ingredients or related industries.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience including coaching and performance management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, pricing, forecasting and profitability.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Understanding of market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional commercial organization, driving sustainable and profitable growth aligned with strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to expand market presence and accelerate revenue growth.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers as a trusted innovation partner.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations including pricing strategies, contracts and long-term supply agreements.
• Own regional P&L performance, delivering against revenue, margin and expense targets.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Marketing and other functions to provide integrated customer solutions.
• Drive operational excellence through portfolio optimization, discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer innovation programs and business transformation projects.
• Develop a high-performing commercial organization through coaching and inclusive leadership.
