Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a seasoned commercial leader based in Mexico to guide the regional strategy and drive sustainable growth. In a hybrid role, you will shape market impact, build executive relationships with key customers, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in food, beverage, flavors, ingredients, consumer goods, or related industries.
• Proven success leading commercial organizations and delivering measurable growth.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, pricing, forecasting experience.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional commercial organization across the region/sub-region.
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing and long-term supply agreements.
• Own regional P&L performance against revenue, margin, and expense targets.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Marketing to provide integrated solutions.
