International Flavors & Fragrances (México), S de RL de CV seeks a Senior Flavorist to design and optimize flavors for the beverage, sweet goods and dairy categories. You will combine scientific expertise with creative innovation and lead projects from concept through launch.

The role requires 10+ years of flavor creation experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with global teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Chemistry with 10+ years of flavor creation experience.
• Strong knowledge of food science, aroma molecules, natural extracts and flavor manufacturing processes.
• Ability to identify, characterize, formulate and match flavor materials using analytical and sensory evaluation techniques.

Responsabilités

• Design and formulate innovative flavors for beverages, sweets and dairy products.
• Lead creative development projects from concept through launch.
• Apply analytical data and sensory science to flavor development and optimization.
• Collaborate with Applications, R&D, Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure timelines and quality standards.
