You will source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond, delivering a seamless Blacksmith experience while evaluating skills, culture and performance fit.

You’ll maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast, and keep a data-driven pipeline in the ATS, coordinating with leadership and hiring managers across time zones

Qualifikationen

• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
