You will lead full-cycle recruitment, optimize sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ATS and Boolean search is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in talent acquisition and high-volume recruiting.
• Proven ability to source and recruit across industries and levels.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong Boolean search skills and familiarity with recruiting tools.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and building candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and social platforms to enhance outreach.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
