You own the hiring process from start to finish, partnering directly with our leadership team to find top tier talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. This is a role for someone with a recruiter's instinct who loves the chase of a passive candidate and wants an environment

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in tech/digital/creative environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Globally aware, comfortable across time zones and cultures.

Aufgaben

• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America and beyond.
• Provide a seamless Blacksmith standard candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and inform hiring managers.
