A fast-growing recruitment agency is seeking a motivated Tech Recruiter to join their team. This role involves sourcing and engaging technical candidates, managing the recruiting cycle, and achieving aggressive hiring targets with uncapped commissions. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and a strong desire to thrive in a commission-rich environment. This is a fully remote position with a base salary of USD 2,500-3,000/month plus commissions, PTO, and benefits.

Formación

• Proven experience in recruiting technical roles, especially in AI- and SaaS-related positions.
• Ability to thrive on uncapped commissions and meet aggressive hiring targets.

Who you'll work for

Revilo is a recruitment agency that specializes in the AI‑SaaS hiring space. They partner directly with early‑stage, high‑growth tech companies that are building cutting‑edge teams from scratch.

What you’ll do

• Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers)
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, handling high volumes of roles and opportunities
• Use best‑in‑class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox, etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement
• Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (UNCAPPED commissions!)
• Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates

What we’re looking for

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and a modern recruiting tech stack
• Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously
