Intugo is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support a major financial services client in Hermosillo. The role focuses on collecting on long delinquent accounts and negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining precise records and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Collections/AR, fluent English and Spanish, and advanced Excel skills. On-site work with professional, customer-focused communication is required.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional while handling escalated or difficult situations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts that are 360+ days past due.
• Review account history and payment activity to determine the best recovery strategy.
• Contact customers to negotiate payment arrangements and secure account resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all account activity.
• Adjust recovery strategies based on customer responses and escalated accounts when necessary.
• Meet recovery targets while helping reduce financial write-offs.
• Ensure all account information is documented accurately and in a timely manner.

Income

Gross monthly salary: $20,000 MXN.

Biweekly payment.

Quarterly performance bonus (up to 25% of annual salary, based on performance).

Schedule

Monday to Friday.

8:00 AM – 5:36 PM.

Two days off per week.
