Job summary

NH Collection seeks a Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Guadalajara property, from arrival to departure. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and address requests with professionalism and care.

Fluency in Spanish and high level English, prior Front Office experience, and knowledge of hotel software are essential. You will uphold brand standards and contribute to memorable stays within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.

Qualifications

• Front Office experience in a hotel of similar size.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in local language (Spanish) and high level of English.
• Working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, TMS) and Front Office systems.
• Flexible, sales oriented and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and complete check-in/check-out in a timely, professional manner.
• Manage room allocation considering guest characteristics and liaise with departments.
• Inform management of guest requests, inquiries, complaints and suggestions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and VIP events.
• Support night operations, invoicing, and night audit responsibilities.
• Adhere to brand standards and assist other departments as needed.
