Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Guadalajara (MX) is seeking a Receptionist to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a seamless stay aligned with the brand’s standards.

You will handle room allocation, respond to requests, upsell hotel offerings, and coordinate with other departments to maintain exceptional guest experiences. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with proficiency in hotel software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office operations.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in local language and a high level of English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and complete check-in for all guests and groups in a timely, professional manner.
• Manage room allocation with the relevant department, considering guest types (VIPs, regular customers).
• Communicate guest requests, inquiries and complaints to front office and other departments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services, rates, promotions and VIP events.
• Inform guests about hotel services and local recommendations.
• Assist other departments as needed and support night operations when required.
