ABB is seeking a Quotation Engineer to support the Nogales, Sonora team. This role focuses on assisting sales and commercial teams, coordinating with IT, Materials, Production and Quality, and providing engineering data to drive customer solutions.

Strong English, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential. Based in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, you will help guide product selection, respond to inquiries, and prepare reports for the Engineering Leader and Technology Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electromechanical or electrical) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide service and orientation to sales and commercial teams.
• Support engineering department on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with IT, Materials, Production and Quality to support initiatives.
• Assist in customer product troubleshooting with Customer Service.
• Provide technical data to Sales and Commercial teams as needed.
• Support new projects from the Commercial team.

Your Role:

Meet the Challenge In this role, you will be responsible for giving service and orientation to sales and commercial team while provides support in daily basis to engineering department. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the the ELSB Transformers Business Line based in Nogales.

• Work closely with IT, Materials, Production and Quality departments to support ongoing initiatives, new projects, and daily tasks.
• Coordination with Customer Service to assist in customer product troubleshooting.
• Analyze and provide possible products meeting customer requirements.
• Provide technical data to Sales and Commercial teams when required.
• Provide support to new projects from Commercial team.
• Identify and be aware about which products have or may have significant impacts on sales to be included on future projects.
• Give orientation in products selection and orders placement.
• Provide reports to Engineering Leader and Technology Manager.
