Job summary

Carestream Health in Mexico, Jalisco region, seeks an experienced Project/Order Coordinator to manage customer orders from entry through invoicing. You will coordinate installations, training, warranty entitlement, and ensure timely invoicing for dealer, direct, and government orders.

You will verify information, monitor orders, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales, planners, and logistics to keep projects on track and satisfy customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or high school degree with demonstrated experience in related field
• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
• Ability to interact at multiple levels within Carestream and external organizations
• Excellent project management skills, good multitasking capacity and ability to prioritize projects and workload
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer orders to ensure projects move on target to meet expectations
• Verify required information to create project schedule and planning
• Closely monitor orders to keep projects on time and resolve issues
• Establish relationships with sales professionals, project managers, and internal colleagues
• Process FE feedback for warranty entitlement and invoicing when orders ship
• Interface with customers within assigned territory and manage priorities
