Job summary

Johnson Controls in Apodaca, Mexico, seeks a Client Resource Coordinator to manage customer service requests, coordinate technician schedules, and ensure service delivery meets customer expectations. You will liaise with customers, communicate plans, and keep NxGen records up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tact and persistence.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Associates degree preferred; project accounting or costing knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to match technicians to customer and service needs.
• Communicate the action plan and services to be provided directly to the customer.
• Ensure work meets the customer’s expectations and follow up as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
• Debrief activities daily and maintain technician scheduling.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in NxGen.
• Assist with parts ordering and PO creation; start-up support.
• Contribute to time and expense reporting; attend planning meetings.
