Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Installation Coordinator in a remote role for candidates based in Mexico. You will orchestrate and monitor Samsara hardware installations across customer fleets, ensuring deployments meet technical and operational standards while working with Implementation consultants, Account Executives, Partners, and internal stakeholders to guarantee a successful customer experience from the start.

This role blends project coordination, field operations knowledge, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field operations and deployments.
• Experience with customer implementation processes and project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-installation logistics with partners.
• Validate customer and site readiness, including cable availability and configuration.
• Ensure SOW is understood and achievable before kickoff.
• Track real-time installation progress and adherence to project plan.
• Identify deviations and define remediation actions.
• Provide installation progress updates to internal teams.
• Maintain installation documentation and evidence.
• Serve as point of contact for escalations during install phases.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Support.
• Ensure installation partners follow Samsara standards.
• Monitor CSAT related to installation events and resolve root causes.
