Celestica in Monterrey seeks a Production Team Leader 2 to supervise a team of 10-25 employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will report to a second-level manager and contribute to annual plans and budgets while enforcing policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, resource coordination, bottleneck resolution, and performance management to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Four to six years in production and a bachelor's degree are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent).
• Four to six years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability to lead, manage and train a diverse team to meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Receives a daily production schedule from planning and material from logistics.
• Coordinates inputs and resources to achieve on-time production within budget.
