Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Production Manager for our Aguascalientes, Mexico operations. You will lead daily production activities, drive improvements and manage a team to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing operations with people leadership, strong knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and people leadership.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with quality and manufacturing systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Manage and develop production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability and employee engagement.
