Caterpillar Inc. in Monterrey, MX seeks a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations across shifts on multiple manufacturing lines. You will oversee staffing, staff development, and performance, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance on-site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering (or related) and intermediate English; relocation assistance is available for this position. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, with 100% on-site presence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Intermediate English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations for one or more manufacturing production lines across shifts.
• Oversee staffing, development, and performance management for operations staff; motivate and develop management teams.
• Monitor safety, schedules, and performance; ensure resources are used effectively.
• Evaluate projects to define outcomes, methods, and requirements (costs, personnel, equipment, space).
• Maintain production safety, cost controls, and quality assurance; ensure regulatory compliance.
