Vertiv is seeking a Production Supervisor in Monterrey to lead manufacturing activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and quality across lines. You will oversee tradeoffs between productivity, efficiency, and cost while coaching leaders and coordinating with planning and support teams.

The role requires 4–8 years of manufacturing or engineering experience, a bachelor's degree, bilingual English-Spanish preference, and expertise in MRP/ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP, Oracle preferred.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (5S, Kaizen, TPM, Kanban)

Responsabilidades

• Capable of managing a new product line or participating in product transfer projects.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to track progress and report performance to management.
• Direct and coordinate activities of employees engaged in production or processing of goods.
• Plan and establish work schedules to meet production goals and maintain capacity plans.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Lead Kaizen activities and continuous improvement events.
• Oversight of safety compliance and 5S audits; promote a safe work environment.
• Maintain strong collaboration with planning teams to optimize schedules and resources.
• Coach Team Leaders and escalate issues to ensure timely resolutions.
