Mondelez México seeks a Production Team Leader 2 to drive daily and long-term production planning for multiple SKUs at Monterrey assets. You will align with plant operations, suppliers, and demand to ensure timely, cost-efficient execution and accurate scheduling.

The role requires FMCG planning experience, ability to manage complex data, and cross-functional collaboration to meet KPIs like fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction.

Formación

• Experience in production planning/scheduling in FMCG contexts.
• Experience with IBP/S&OP environments and data-driven planning.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop short- and long-term production plans and schedules.
• Coordinate inputs from logistics and materials to meet delivery targets.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and optimize resource use.
• Maintain data integrity for planning systems and master schedules.
• Analyze variances and drive continuous improvement in the plan.
• Support capacity planning and long-range material requirements planning.
