Vertiv Co in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee safety, quality, productivity, and 5S discipline across assigned areas. You will coach team leads, drive continuous improvement, manage overtime and scrap, and coordinate with Tier 2/3 meetings to resolve escalations.

Responsibilities include supervising production staff, monitoring KPIs, planning schedules, ensuring on-time delivery, and promoting strong communication with management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen and TPM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Capable of managing a new product line or participating in product transfer projects.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to track progress and report to management.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of production staff including inspectors, assemblers, and machine operators.
• Plan and establish work schedules to meet production goals and maintain capacity.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across assigned areas.
