Element Solutions Inc in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Production Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard.

The role involves managing production teams, optimizing workflows, ensuring safety and quality, and collaborating with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output and quality targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
• Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues.
