Capgemini Engineering in Mexico City is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across complex programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate cross‑functional teams with business and technology stakeholders to drive outcomes.

English proficiency and on-site availability in CDMX are required.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Agile Delivery roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master practices, delivery governance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments and familiarity with SAFe frameworks are highly desirable.
• Advanced English (C1-C2).
