Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education in Industrial Engineering / Automotive Systems Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years proven experience in manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Knowledge of QRCI, Core Tools, PC&L basics and HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead production areas to meet IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Drive QCDP objectives and implement improvement plans.
• Staffing, attendance validation, and payroll data accuracy.
• Promote safety, 5S, and standardized work across shifts.
• Coordinate training and development under Faurecia standards.
