You will manage personnel matters, develop team members, and ensure safety and compliance with HSE standards. English proficiency at an operational level is required for cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Associate's degree in engineering or production with specialization in Production.
• 1–3 years of production experience, preferably in automotive.
• Operational level English required.

Responsabilidades

• Set targets and implement plans to improve QCD performance.
• Track results and drive continuous improvement with the team.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and facilitate quality improvement workshops.
