Flex is seeking an Integration Processes Supervisor for its facility in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will lead manual assembly and integration operations in a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, cost control, on-time delivery, and responsiveness.

You will manage a team of engineers and operators, review daily performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with qualified engineers on improvement projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electronics, automation, mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong sense of urgency, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manual integration and assembly processes from screw-driving operations to final packaging.
• Supervise testing activities including pilot runs, leak testing, ICT, and functional and drying tests.
• Coordinate unit assembly on test equipment and ensure compliant builds.
• Review plant performance and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Coach operators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Integration Processes Supervisor** located in Guadalajara, **North Campus.**Reporting to the **Operations Manager,** the **Integration Processes Supervisor** is responsible r to lead manual assembly and integration processes within a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.**What a typical day looks like:*** Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.* Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.* Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance, evaluate areas that may be impacting performance, and advise on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency/quality.* Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.* Evaluate ideas for plant improvements and work with qualified engineers to develop project proposals to encourage improvements and changes.* Provides technical/operational advice to project teams.
