Molex is seeking a Production Planner in Mexico to translate demand into executable production schedules, balancing capacity, material availability, and customer priorities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable execution and on-time fulfillment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in planning, and conversational English. SAP and MRP knowledge are preferred to optimize production and inventory management.

Your Role

Our Team

You will partner with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure reliable execution and customer fulfillment.

• Execute MPS and MRP processes
• Analyze planning exceptions and system recommendations
• Coordinate capacity and material availability reviews
• Support schedule recovery plans when disruptions occur
• Balance inventory, service, and operational priorities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or supply chain
• Conversational English
• SAP, MRP, and production planning knowledge

• APICS certification
• Experience within the automotive electronics manufacturing industry.
• Advanced analytical skills
