Molex, a Koch company in Mexico, seeks a Production Planner to translate demand into executable plans while balancing capacity, material availability, and customer priorities.

You will partner with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure reliable execution and fulfillment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or supply chain.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, MRP and production planning processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand.
• Execute MPS and MRP processes.
• Analyze planning exceptions and system recommendations.
• Coordinate capacity and material availability reviews.
• Support schedule recovery plans when disruptions occur.
• Balance inventory, service, and operational priorities.
• Communicate production risks and constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes.

Our Team:

You will partner with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure reliable execution and customer fulfillment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• SAP, MRP, and production planning knowledge
