Molex in Heroica Nogales, Sonora is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate personnel and prioritize area, product, and schedule needs. You will support issue resolution, optimize performance metrics, and help meet business objectives.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Planning, HR and Operations to drive production performance, adherence to quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• High school diploma or technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in basic English and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate production teams to meet manufacturing targets while supporting customer needs and priorities.
• Organize work areas and assign resources to maintain production and quality performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality teams, leaders and managers to review notifications, rejections, equipment issues, and challenges.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and support implementation of solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Support employees by addressing questions, coordinating time-off requests and vacations, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Identify training needs, monitor productivity, and promote cross-training to maintain workforce readiness.
• Support compliance with PBM philosophy, Quality, Safety and Hygiene, Environmental Management, Six Sigma, RBA, and CTPAT/OEA policies.
• Exercise authority to stop a process or machine when product quality or safety is at risk.
• Reallocate personnel and request resources to support production requirements and results.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving production goals by coordinating personnel based on area, product, and schedule priorities. This position supports the resolution and prevention of manufacturing issues while helping ensure performance metrics are achieved and business objectives are met.

Our Team:

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Human Resources, and Operations teams. This role partners with leaders, engineers, planners, mechanics, and managers to support production performance, quality standards, and continuous operational success.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and coordinate production teams to meet manufacturing targets while supporting customer needs and priorities.
• Organize work areas and assign resources to maintain production and quality performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality teams, leaders, and managers to review customer notifications, product rejections, equipment issues, and manufacturing challenges.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and support the implementation of solutions that help prevent recurring manufacturing issues.
• Support employees by addressing questions, coordinating time‑off requests and vacations, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Identify training needs, monitor productivity, and promote cross‑training initiatives to maintain workforce readiness and reduce production errors.
• Support compliance with PBM philosophy, Quality Management standards, Safety and Hygiene requirements, Environmental Management Systems, Six Sigma, RBA, and CTPAT/OEA policies and procedures.
• Exercise authority to stop a process or machine when product quality or employee safety may be at risk.
• Reallocate personnel and request resources as needed to support production requirements and operational results.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent proven experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.
