Molex in El Salto, Jalisco, is seeking a Production Planner to translate demand into executable production plans while balancing capacity, materials, inventory, and customer priorities.

You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure reliable execution and on-time customer fulfillment. Bachelor's degree and SAP/MRP knowledge required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or supply chain.
• Conversational English.
• Knowledge of SAP, MRP, and production planning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand.
• Execute MPS and MRP processes.
• Analyze planning exceptions and system recommendations.
• Coordinate capacity and material availability reviews.
• Support schedule recovery plans when disruptions occur.
• Balance inventory, service, and operational priorities.
• Communicate production risks and constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes.

Your Role:
