Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a Production Planning Assistant to support scheduling, materials readiness, and alignment with customer requirements. You will help maintain the production schedule and ensure material availability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 6 months to 2 years in planning or logistics, intermediate Excel, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. Strong organization and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field (IE, BS Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar).
• 6 months to 2 years experience in production planning or related area.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills and ERP/MRP familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation and follow-up of the production schedule.

• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Update planning data in ERP/MRP systems.

• Identify and communicate potential risks affecting the schedule.
• Participate in production planning and follow-up meetings.
• Provide administrative support related to production planning and control activities.

Job Description and Main Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting production planning and scheduling activities, helping ensure material availability and compliance with production schedules based on customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and follow-up of the production schedule.
• Review work orders and production priorities.
• Monitor material and component availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential material shortages.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Follow up on production orders, progress, and committed delivery dates.
• Update planning and production information in ERP/MRP systems.
• Prepare and maintain production, material, and performance reports.
• Support capacity and production requirement analysis.
• Identify and communicate potential risks that may impact the production schedule.
• Participate in production planning and follow-up meetings.
• Provide administrative support related to production planning and control activities

Experience and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Materials, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related area.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of production and material planning processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
