Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production planning or materials planning (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience in demand planning, scheduling, and capacity analysis.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally.
• Intermediate to advanced English for corporate and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.

• Monitor WIP, inventory levels, and adjust plans to balance demand and resources.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in ERP/MRP systems.
