The candidate will verify schedule compliance, coordinate attendance, overtime, and leave, monitor hourly performance, and assist in training and reporting. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in manufacturing or similar position.
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Support the supervisor in coordinating actions to meet weekly production schedules with quality and efficiency.
• Verify compliance with the production schedule for the assigned work area.
• Coordinate personnel movements related to attendance, overtime, and leave requests.
• Monitor hourly performance against the daily production plan.
• Support the training of new employees and evaluate the material produced during training.
• Prepare assigned reports.
