AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Reynosa to oversee manufacturing, ensure high quality, and drive efficiency. The role coordinates daily operations, resource use, and continuous improvement initiatives on site.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in operations management or business, 3+ years in a similar role, and fluency in Spanish and English. Experience with PCBA manufacturing and lean/six sigma is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, or in business administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing of PCBA and electronic assembly.
• Ability to communicate clearly to colleagues on factory floor and middle management.
• Subject expert for lean / 6 sigma tools and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision‑making, work quality, and to reduce costs.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively and utilize assets to meet production and sales plans.
• Continuously improve metrics and trigger corrective actions.
• Ensure proper alignment of personnel.
• Manage in accordance with Mexican labor laws and maintain morale.
• Develop and treat personnel as AMETEK’s greatest asset.
• Owns percentage of rotation of DL.
• Influence and learn from below.
• Be a key communicator to remove roadblocks for improvement.
• Stay up to date with best practices in production management.
