Job summary

Félix is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics across Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and translate data into actions that improve conversion and retention.

This role sits at the intersection of Data, Product, and Customer Experience, shaping KPIs, experiments, and scalable analytics frameworks across geographies. Fully remote with future hybrid plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Deep understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics agenda for Chat and Conversion across geographies.
• Build dashboards and analytical frameworks using Amplitude to monitor funnel performance.
• Identify conversion drivers, drop-offs, and friction points across the customer journey.
• Lead retention and lifecycle analytics strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Develop data-driven strategies for AI/conversational experiences and operations.
