Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Proven track record of building, shipping, and iterating software in Fintech.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience designing web services and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices inside the Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squad.
• Develop and optimize systems for secure transaction processing.
• Design robust services for secure fund disbursement to beneficiaries.
• Build onboarding, KYC, and compliance features for regulatory adherence.
• Design and manage infrastructure for millions of daily requests.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Iterate on platform capabilities based on user feedback.
